What is your billing policy?

We charge the price of the product, taxes plus shipping depending on the delivery address. No other charges will be applied. We process payments through PayPal's SSL secured offsite transaction processing engine or you can use your visa or master credit card. We do not store customer credit card information. Your transaction with shazamtoys.com is safe! Through PayPal we accept PayPal payments directly, AMEX, Visa, Discover, and MasterCard. You'll be taken to the PayPal site where you *do not* need to register an account if you don't have one. You can pay one time by credit card by choosing the "Don't have a PayPal account option".

Where do products ship from?

Depending on the item you have chosen, we have warehouse in NJ, India and China. We will notify you with accurate delivery date.

Do you provide tracking numbers?

Yes! We provide tracking numbers for all United States orders! Tracking numbers will be provided 24 hours after your item has shipped out and will be available online. To find your status tracker, please check your confirmation email.

Do your products come from safe facilities for workers?

Yes we have an extensive product inspection and quality team and we make sure all our toys and stuff toys are kid safe and no lead or any paints are used. We demand the same quality from our suppliers too and we handpick our suppliers on these criteria.

What is the average wait time?

Our products are from different warehouse locations to optimize the delivery, so all orders are processed within 5-16 business days depending on the item purchased. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
